Frequently Asked Questions

What are the enrollment requirements?

We require parents to complete an enrollment form, provide vaccination records, and attend a campus tour. After that, your child can start their learning journey with us!

What is the admission process?

The process is simple: Schedule a tour → Fill out enrollment form → Verify documents → Pay registration fee → Start date confirmation. Most enrollments are completed within 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer flexible scheduling?

Yes! We offer various program options with flexible hours. Our playgroup can be 3 or 5 days per week, and full-day kindergarten is also available.

What if my child has special needs?

We welcome all children and offer support for those with special needs. Please discuss this with our admissions team to create an appropriate learning plan.

Do you provide transportation?

We currently do not provide transportation, but parents can arrange carpooling. We recommend dropping children off by 8:30 AM for kindergarten.

What is the refund policy?

Tuition is non-refundable once the academic month has started. However, we offer credits for unused days if withdrawal notice is given in advance.
